Description

This picture was done almost entirely with my Surface Pro 3. I did a review on it and hopefully I'll submit it somewhere like say to Amazon. 

Also, haven't drawn minor characters in Pokemon in a while. 
 

I love DeviantArt's new tag suggestions. They really help a lot I think I've fainted.
